Prior to Cities AI, Piotr was the CEO and co-founder of Gemius, a research company that he successfully scaled from a small startup to a company with 250 employees in 15 countries. Piotr is the creator of the Internet research methodology and the advertising research methodology Multichannel, which won several European IAB awards. He was recognized as IAB Man of the Year in 2017. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Warsaw University.
Prior to Cities AI, Kamil served as CTO at Gemius where he was responsible for managing teams and developing the whole tech stack. Kamil also created the unique audio fingerprinting technology and developing solutions that were awarded multiple times by the European Interactive Advertising Bureau Research. Kamil holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw and has been a multiple-time finalist in both the Informatics Olympiad and Algorithm Challenges.
With 13 years of experience, Krzysztof has expertise in creating high performance systems that can process billions of events. Before joining Cities AI, Krzysztof worked at Gemius, where he led a research and development project focused on automating the process of managing advertising space on the internet through prediction algorithms. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and has been a multiple-time finalist in several programming competitions.
Software developer and entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience in IT projects and 3 years in the blockchain industry. He has served as CTO at Ringier China, where he implemented a digital first strategy, improved the company's infrastructure, and developed and launched multiple successful products. Prior to Joining Cities AI he worked few years for Gemius as a Reverse Engineering architect. Hamza likes challenges and was finalist on the HackYeah 2019 hackathon.
Computer vision and software developer with 15 years of experience in creating high quality and tailored solutions. He has worked on projects including transforming photos to objects and 3D point clouds, 3D reconstruction based on collected photos from mobile devices, and neural network training for object detection and people demographic characteristics. Grzegorz has also worked as a software developer at Gemius for 12 years. He holds a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Warsaw.
Remote sensing specialist and data scientist with a background in machine learning and image detection techniques. He holds a Master's degree in Geography, Cartography, and Remote Sensing from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same institution. Robert has worked as a data scientist at Skyblu.ai and is currently a data scientist and lead analyst at Cities AI. He was awarded 3rd prize for the best Master Thesis by the Polish Geographical Society, and won the 2020 HackYeah hackathon.
Business developer with over 5 years of experience in marketing and business strategy. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Warsaw and has a strong track record in helping organizations grow and succeed. In his current role, Dawid is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and working closely with clients to identify their needs and develop customized solutions. He is skilled in market analysis, business development, and marketing, and is known for his ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.
